We are seeking a Host/Hostess to deliver a warm, engaging welcome and set the tone for every member interaction.
The Role

Provide a professional and personalised welcome to members and guests

Manage reservations, arrivals and guest flow

Build strong relationships and recognise member preferences

Coordinate with Restaurant, Wellness and Membership teams

Handle guest enquiries with confidence and care

Maintain a calm, organised front-of-house environment

Support events and member engagement
About You
-
Experience as a Host/Hostess or Receptionist in a luxury restaurant, hotel or members club
-
Friendly, confident and highly personable
-
Strong organisation and attention to detail

Passion for guest experience and hospitality

Flexible to work evenings and weekends
