The Opportunity
We’re looking for driven Sales Development Representatives to join our growing Business Development team.
This isn’t just another sales role — it’s a chance to join a company with huge momentum, strong market demand, and genuine progression opportunities as we continue scaling across the UK.
You’ll work a combination of warm inbound enquiries and outbound prospecting, introducing businesses to Fruidel’s premium workplace subscription service through strategic outreach and free fruit basket trials that open doors and start conversations.

have the opportunity to progress into BDM and leadership positions as the company continues to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Converting warm inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound outreach
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Booking meetings and introducing businesses to our premium office fruit & milk service
- Preparing quotations and onboarding new clients with accuracy and professionalism
- Developing relationships with office managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
- Maintaining CRM activity and forecasting opportunities
- Consistently achieving and exceeding targets in a high-energy sales environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B outbound sales experience
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Confident communicator with excellent objection-handling skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and commercially driven
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A genuine desire to grow, succeed, and progress your career
What You’ll Get
- £30,000 Basic Salary
- Uncapped Commission Structure OTE Year 1: £50,000 – £60,000+ With high performers earning significantly more as they progress.
- Christmas off
- Monday to Friday office hours with an early finish on a Friday!
