Job Summary
We are seeking a self motivated individual with good communication and IT skills to join our Showroom/Trade Counter in Lincoln.
The ideal candidate will have Customer Service and Sales experience and will be the first point of contact to all Customers visiting the Showroom for all domestic sales.
Will develop a strong working knowledge of all products to be able to provide fast and expert technical support to customers.
Will develop and maintain strong customer relationships via telephone with prospects and existing Groundcare accounts when required.
Chase and close by phone all quotes and opportunities in the area.
Liaise and provide support to relevant departments when necessary to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Professional ambassador for Spaldings maintaining standards of conduct and appearance in line with company policy.
This position includes commission on OTE.
