Our client is looking for a Plumbing / Heating Engineer for commercial heating and plumbing work — installs, maintenance, fault-finding, repairs and upgrades — on projects up to £1m across commercial, retail and public sector sites. Daily travel, occasional overnight stays.
You'll be doing:
- Installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial heating/plumbing systems
- Boilers, pumps, valves, pressurisation units, controls and plant room equipment
- PPM, reactive repairs, flushing, balancing and commissioning
- Digital job records (iPad issued)
Essential:
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- 3+ years' experience
- Unvented Hot Water + Water Regs certs
- Commercial mechanical systems knowledge
- Full UK driving licence (6+ months)
Desirable: Gas quals · CSCS · SMSTS/SSSTS · First Aid · IPAF · PASMA
