We are looking to take on a Line Chef role to assist the farm-to-table cheese and charcuterie-based menu at our Eatery and Wine bar.
You should have worked in a kitchen or catering environment previously, and preferably hold your Level 2 Health & Hygiene Certificate. However, we will provide Level 2 training if you do not have this.
Our delicatessen and bistro sells handmade and freshly prepared food to locals and visitors alike whilst positioning itself as the Northern hub among a web of British cheesemongers and cured meat specialists.
Our menu is made up of items that do not require heavy cooking and consist of the finest British farmhouse ingredients. It is vital that you have catering experience if deciding to apply.
You must enjoy a dynamic and often demanding working atmosphere. You will get the chance to contribute your own ideas for inventive dishes using our farmhouse produce, that you can put your name to working under the Kitchen Manager with the opportunity to contribute to menu development and our supper clubs.
