Job Overview
Shine Shopifront Shutters Ltd is looking for a skilled Shopfront Installer to install, replace, and repair commercial shopfront systems. The role involves fitting aluminium frames, glass panels, roller shutters, automatic doors, and related components while ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install aluminium shopfront frames, glass panels, and entrance doors.
- Fit and align roller shutters, security grilles, and automatic door systems.
- Measure, cut, and assemble aluminium and glazing components for installation.
- Remove and replace damaged shopfronts and glazing safely.
- Seal, secure, and finish shopfront installations to ensure weatherproofing and durability.
- Read technical drawings and installation specifications.
- Carry out adjustments and repairs to ensure smooth operation of doors and shutters.
- Use specialist glazing, fixing, and installation tools safely.
- Ensure all installations comply with health and safety requirements.
- Work with team members to complete projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Experience installing commercial shopfronts, aluminium systems, or glazing.
- Knowledge of aluminium framing, glazing, roller shutters, and entrance door systems.
- Ability to read installation drawings and measurements accurately.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and glazing equipment.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights when required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: £33,400.00 per year
