Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, professional and motivated Reach & Wash Operative to join our team.

About the Role
You will work across a variety of sites throughout London carrying out external window cleaning using Reach & Wash systems.
A company van will be provided, and you will be trusted to represent Ecokleen professionally whilst delivering exceptional standards of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out external window cleaning using Reach & Wash systems.
- Deliver high-quality cleaning standards across multiple sites.
- Create daily reports to support completed works.
- Follow all health & safety procedures and safe systems of work.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, residents and site teams.
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Report any site issues, defects or opportunities to management.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous Reach & Wash window cleaning experience.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Desirable
- Experience working on residential developments or commercial properties.
- IPAF, PASMA or other industry qualifications.
- Knowledge of external cleaning and façade maintenance services.
