We are a cleaning company based in Hutton,Essex looking for a motivated, reliable and experienced grounds maintenance supervisor to join one of our mobile cleaning teams.
For this role you will need to hold a current grounds tickets and licenses
General maintenance including bush trimming
Ride on mowers
Pedestrian mowers
Pesticides
Your duties will include:
· Grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding and general grounds maintenance duties
· Gutter Clearance
·Jet Washing
· General repairs and maintenance
· Gutter Repairs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
· Good attention to detail
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and use initiative
· To be reliable, responsible with a flexible approach to work
· You will be required to use heavy duty cleaning equipment and work at height.
· Experience in this role is essential however full training will be given.
· Working hours variable Monday - Friday with some early morning starts and weekend work.
· It is important the candidate is flexible with working hours
