Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Standards and Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that organisational processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain organisational standards and compliance procedures to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify compliance with established standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate training programmes related to quality assurance and compliance protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audit outcomes, and corrective actions taken.
- Monitor changes in legislation or industry standards and update organisational policies accordingly.
- Assist in the investigation of non-compliance issues, analysing root causes, and recommending corrective measures.
- Support the organisation’s quality assurance initiatives by reviewing processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience or strong interest in quality assurance or compliance management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement or non-compliance.
- Effective communication skills, capable of liaising with diverse teams and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical organisational policies.
- A proactive approach towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates. This position is integral to maintaining our organisation’s commitment to high standards of quality and compliance, ensuring ongoing operational excellence across all departments.
Pay: Up to £20,000.00 per year
