About the Role
We are looking for a professional Head Doorman / Head Door Supervisor to lead the front-of-house security operation at a prestigious venue. This is a high-profile role requiring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a polished, customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the door security team during operations and events.
- Manage guest entry, access control, and VIP arrivals.
- Ensure a safe environment at all times.
- Handle incidents calmly and professionally.
- Liaise closely with venue management, hosts, and event organisers.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
