The Opportunity
Based in Birmingham city centre, you’ll be joining a successful litigation team handling a broad range of property disputes. You’ll also have the chance to support the wider commercial litigation team when needed, giving you excellent variety and exposure.
You’ll be working with high-quality clients and matters including:
- Contentious landlord & tenant work (residential and commercial).
- Boundary and property disputes.
- TOLATA claims.
- Professional negligence claims relating to property.
- General commercial litigation exposure.
This role offers plenty of client contact, the chance to build relationships, and a real opportunity to develop your profile in the market.
What They’re Looking For
- A solicitor ideally with NQ–5 years’ PQE in property litigation (but strong candidates outside this range will be considered).
- Experience handling a range of property disputes with confidence.
- Excellent communication, client care, and advocacy skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
