We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our small Cottage Gardening team, helping to maintain over 100 small gardens across the island.

Duties Include:
- Hedge Cutting
- Pruning
- Mowing lawns
- Arranging flowers to go into cottages ahead of guests arriving
- Weeding flower beds, borders & paving areas
- Maintaining all gravel and patio areas to a high standard
- Maintaining communal island areas including grass verges and pathways
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a clean valid driver’s license (essential)
- Ability to use and maintain petrol mower and strimmer (essential)
- Gardening experience and relevant gardening qualifications advantageous
- Able to work on own initiative and enjoys a challenge
- Ability to develop and landscape small areas as required
- Good customer service skills are required as there may be some interaction with guests
- Holds brush cutting, wood chipper, PA1 and PA6 tickets (advantageous)
- Holds relevant gardening qualifications such as RHS Level 2 or City and Guilds (advantageous)
