Job Summary
Marwood is a small and friendly residential home which provides bespoke home-from-home care to 22 residents. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team in a permanent position which would be well-suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career and gain hands on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
Based within the Care Team, you will work closely with our Team Leader & Senior Care Team to assist with all aspects of resident care. This exciting position offers opportunity to progress into a higher role.
As Care Assistant you will:
- Provide outstanding, person-centred care to residents
- Develop firm and trusting relationships with residents and relatives
- Contribute to resident care planning and review
- Work in partnership with colleagues & multi-disciplinary teams
- Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
