The Role
We are currently looking for confident, ambitious, and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as a Sales Assistant. No previous experience is required — we provide full product training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship to help you build valuable skills in sales, communication, leadership, and customer engagement.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns for well-known brands
- Building positive relationships with customers and clients
- Learning and applying effective sales and customer engagement techniques
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Delivering excellent customer service and representing clients professionally
- Contributing to a motivated and supportive team culture
- Developing confidence, communication, and leadership skills
