We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to work directly alongside the business owner, helping drive multiple projects and businesses forward.
This is not a typical desk-based admin role.
One day you may be coordinating contractors, conducting property viewings, improving systems and processes, helping organise events, supporting the coffee shop team, assisting with marketing, or helping manage the day-to-day operations of our holistic wellbeing business.
No two days are the same.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, enjoys solving problems, takes initiative, and wants to play a key role in growing several exciting businesses.
You will become the owner’s right-hand person, helping turn ideas into action and ensuring important tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistance
● Diary and calendar management
● Email management and correspondence
● Scheduling meetings and appointments
● Research and project support
● Following up on actions and deadlines
Property Operations
● Conducting property viewings
● Liaising with tenants, contractors and suppliers
● Supporting compliance and administrative processes
● Chasing outstanding paperwork and documentation
● Assisting with operational improvements
Coffee Shop Support
● Assisting with administration and organisation
● Supporting marketing initiatives and events
● Coordinating suppliers and stock-related tasks
● Helping implement systems and procedures
Holistic Wellbeing & Coaching Support
● Managing enquiries and bookings
● Supporting workshop and event organisation
● Assisting with marketing and client communications
● Helping coordinate retreat and wellbeing activities
● General operational and administrative support
General Operations
● Problem solving and project coordination
● Running occasional business errands
● Improving systems and processes
● Supporting recruitment and onboarding
● Helping ensure tasks are completed across all businesses
