My client is looking for an enthusiastic and capable Chef de Partie to join their growing kitchen team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-regarded British pub and dining destination that is passionate about quality food, locally sourced ingredients, and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Everything is prepared with care using fresh ingredients, and the kitchen prides itself on producing classic British dishes with a modern touch.
This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys working with fresh produce, thrives in a busy kitchen, and wants to be part of a business that is continually evolving and striving to improve.
As Chef de Partie, you'll:

Work across all sections of the kitchen, including food preparation and service
- Prepare and cook fresh British dishes using quality ingredients
- Maintain consistently high standards during busy service periods
- Assist with menu development and new dish creation
- Ensure your section is clean, organised and fully prepared
- Follow food safety, stock rotation and labelling procedures
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to step up
- A genuine passion for fresh food and British cuisine
- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new dishes and menu ideas
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Strong organisational skills
- A good understanding of food hygiene, storage and food safety procedures
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider kitchen team
