Ad Hoc Technology Support – Rose Care Group

Rose Care Group is looking for a reliable and proactive technology professional or partner to support the business on a flexible, ad hoc basis. Our requirements are currently low volume, so this role would suit someone looking for a practical, ongoing arrangement rather than a full-time position.
The Role
You will provide a mix of IT support, light development work, and website maintenance as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support (Ad Hoc)
- Remote setup of laptops and user accounts
- Troubleshooting day-to-day issues (e.g. email access, general IT queries)
- Providing general support as needed (typically around 3 hours per week, often less)
Development Support (As Needed)
- Carrying out small-scale development tasks
- Enhancing existing models and tools
- Working primarily with Excel VBA
- Supporting on a low and irregular volume basis
WordPress Website Support (Ad Hoc)
- Ongoing website maintenance and updates
- Implementing small changes and improvements as required
About You
- Experienced in IT support and troubleshooting
- Comfortable working with Excel VBA (or similar)
- Familiar with WordPress maintenance
- Able to work flexibly and respond to ad hoc requests
- A clear communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
What We Offer

- A £1,000 monthly retainer fee is offered for ongoing availability and support
- This role involves low and irregular hours, typically a few hours per week or less
- Ad hoc engagement with no fixed hours

Pay: £750.00 per month
