Marsh is seeking a Client Advisor Team Leader to join the team in our Bristol office. You will become part of a successful management team dedicated to delivering first-class service. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse corporate portfolio, collaborate closely with colleagues, clients, and insurers, and contribute actively to the growth and strategy of the office. You will have the support, training, and resources needed to develop your career and lead your team to success.
We will count on you to:
Manage and develop a team of Client Advisors, ensuring their day-to-day management and personal growth.
Actively participate in the Manchester leadership team to support strategy development, client service, growth, and recruitment.
Collaborate with Client Executives and brokers on insurance renewal placement strategies, including preparing market presentations, negotiating terms, and analyzing quotes.
Assist the Head of Office in achieving strategic goals and represent the office in national forums.
Deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions with a strong focus on client service excellence.
What you need to have:
Previous Team Leader or Management experience preferred, or demonstrated leadership qualities.
Proven account handling experience with medium to large UK and Global Accounts.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple challenges simultaneously.
Competence in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly as needed.
