Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Stila retail sales at Selfridges Oxford Street. The candidate will be responsible for driving the retail sales performance, working with in-store retail management and stock team to ensure stock levels and sales opportunities are maximised. The role requires someone with retail experience and is confident in selling & demonstrating Make-up application.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales through in store sampling and activations across make up range
- Set personal daily goals and achieve retail targets.
- Achieve company KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback through crib sheets and photographs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Represent brands at events and network within the industry.
- Excellent product knowledge
- Build in store relationships with store staff and management teams.
- Complete all company paperwork accurately and on time.
- Ensure brand image is always maintained through merchandising, stock management and tester updates.
- Help the wider business stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
- Communicate any challenges to senior management in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensure that every customer has a Glorious experience no matter the brand or location.
Key skills and Experience
- Based in London.
- Traffic Stopping
- Retail experience within the make-up category
- Proven experience working in the Beauty Industry.
- Good beauty and artistry experience along with retail selling.
- Good understanding of different retail environments and their different needs.
- Experience working in Department stores
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Highly motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
