The Candidate
We are looking for a Property Maintenance Assistant / Trainee Property Manager to join our expanding Property Management/Maintenance department.
The candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, able to work in fast-paced and sometimes high pressure environments, someone who loves working with creative businesses.
The Position
Property Maintenance Administrator
Experience
At this time, we are ideally looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You will have some experience in a customer service role, ideally in the maintenance and or property sector.

The successful candidate functions will include but are not limited to the below:
- Dealing with contractors and customers
- Booking maintenance jobs
- Chasing maintenance jobs/quotes
- Assisting the team with various tasks
- Communicating with contractors and customers through emails and phone calls and our online portal
- Providing support to the Property management team on a day-to-day basis.
