We are seeking a highly motivated Management Accountant to join our growing finance team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with 2+ years of post-qualification experience (ACA/ACCA/CPA) and a background in business services, audit, or corporate accounting who is looking to step into a fast moving, dynamic, global environment for a high growth business.
This is a hands-on Management Accountant role in a lean, forward-thinking team. You will manage core financial operations and month-end processes while actively driving process automation, AI-enabled tools, and finance innovation. You will partner closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to deeply understand new products and initiatives, test their financial impact, and ensure the finance function evolves alongside the business.

Core Financial Operations & Controls
Lead the end-to-end month-end close, Group management accounts, journals, reconciliations, and reporting
Automation, Technology & Innovation
Product Partnership & Commercial Impact
Partner with Product, Growth, Commercial, and other departments to deeply understand new products and features
Lead finance testing and impact analysis for new initiatives — modelling unit economics, revenue recognition, cost implications, and scalability
Contribute to P&L reviews, budgeting, cashflow forecasting (with predictive elements), and cost optimisation
Demonstrable track record in process automation and technology implementation (dashboards, integrations, scripting, or AI tools)
