Duties
- Greeting and serving customers with a smile.
- Providing great customer service and handling the till.
- Preparing the shop for opening, keeping the shop clean and tidy.
- Decorating cakes and slices for display and customer orders.
- Writing messages on cakes and boxing orders carefully.
- Managing stock and communicating with the kitchen team.
- Maintaining Cake Box standards and ensuring proper hygiene.
- Helping with end-of-day cleaning
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or a restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Basic culinary skills with a willingness to learn and develop further.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Full training will be provided.
