The role
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a new team supporting adults with a range of needs to live as independently as possible.
You will support with daily living, personal care, emotional wellbeing, household tasks, and community activities. You will also help people build routines, gain confidence, and enjoy meaningful day to day life.
Shifts
- Day shifts
- Waking night shifts
- Full time permanent roles
- Weekend and bank holiday working required
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for kind, reliable people who:
- Ideally, you will have experience in care or support work (such as mental health, autism, learning disabilities or similar), however full training will be provided.
- Are confident supporting personal care and emotional wellbeing
- Can stay calm and supportive in challenging situations
- Are good communicators and team players
- Are flexible, positive, and willing to learn
- Care about dignity, respect, and person centred support
