Role -
We are seeking Telemarketers to provide support to a leading market research organization based in the West Midlands.
We are looking for someone to start ASAP and previous experience is essential. For the first 2 weeks this is an office based role with hybrid working potentially offered after this (Office work 3 days/Remote 2 days).
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity would suit someone who can self-manage their workload and possesses a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
Duties and responsibilities
- The successful candidates will work on various projects, ranging from lead generation and appointment setting to market research and event promotion in a call centre environment.
- You will be carrying out unscripted phone calls on behalf of businesses.
- You will be using a CRM system to input data and will also be expected to undertake data cleansing as required.
Skills and experience
- You will have previous experience of working in a call centre or B2B environment.
- You will be able to commute to the office (based near Birmingham City Centre) for a minimum of 3 days per week.
- You must be able to manage your own time and be reliable in the role.
