What you'll do:
- Lead and inspire a front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner service
- Train, develop, and motivate team members
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Drive a positive and professional team culture
What we're looking for:
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails
- WSET Level 2 qualification preferred
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality
