Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen while continuing to develop your leadership and culinary skills.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Support the senior kitchen team during preparation and service
- Help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Assist in training and supporting junior chefs
- Work across all sections of the kitchen as required
- Ensure food hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained
- Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and specials
The ideal candidate will be a strong Chef de Partie or existing Junior Sous Chef with a passion for fresh food and a desire to progress within a quality kitchen.
