Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
- Assist with nappy changes, feeding, and naptime routines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day
Experience:
level 2 or 3 qualified in child care desirable but not essential - Willing to train is desired if no relevant qualification
- Previous experience working with young children preferred
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
