Permanent Production Operative

Due to continued growth and expansion, a local company are currently looking to recruit a Production Operative to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

- £26,426.80 per annum, potential to increase after probation!
Daily Tasks:
- Processing of orders through our SAP system, where full training will be given, so no prior experience using SAP is necessary
- Mixing of inks and varnishes to order
- Refilling of bulk materials into customer ready packaging quantities
- 5s/continuous improvement involvement in production
- Cleaning duties as required in line with cleaning and maintenance schedules
Skills Required:
- Operating ink dispensing system to process customer orders
- Good IT skills (as we work with SAP)
- Counterbalance license is very advantageous
- Good level of mathematics (as we work with formulas and percentages in our recipes)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Someone looking to take on further responsibility in time, as we always like to offer progression to everyone for further learning/training opportunities.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 16:30pm
