About the role
I’m expanding a UK-based Utility Warehouse team and am looking for reliable, motivated people to support customer engagement activity alongside their existing commitments.
This is a flexible, independent role that can fit around work, family, or other responsibilities. Some people use it as a part-time option, while others choose to commit more consistently over time.
This is not employed PAYE work and is suited to individuals who are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for their own outcomes.
What the role involves
- Speaking with people about essential household services
- Making introductions and sharing information through conversations and recommendations
- Supporting customers using a simple, established system
- Working remotely with guidance and support provided
There is no hard selling, cold-calling scripts, or pressure-based activity. The role is people-focused and relationship-led.

- Structured training provided from the outset
- Ongoing guidance and mentoring
- Clear processes and systems to follow
- Fully remote – work from anywhere in the UK
No previous experience is required. A willingness to learn and follow a process is important.
