We are looking for a flexible and motivated Relief Chef Manager to support us in the South , covering Devon but also Cornwall when needed.
ASAP Start
40 hours per week
Monday - Friday
Term Time Only
Mileage will be paid at 40p per mile. There is serious potential to grow, develop and become a development chef or more if you have the right attitude.
We are looking for someone who is seriously organised and prides themselves on producing perfection and creating food that will keep our customers really interested and give them lifelong memories of their great school dinners.
This would be an ideal role for a real chef that would like to have a job that has amazing working hours and allow them to have a real work life balance.
Ideally candidates will have great leadership and people management skills , financial and cost control awareness as well as a passion for food. Experience of menu development would be advantageous but we are happy to train and develop in this area. Also supporting the Operations team with Added Value events within the school setting.
This role will be during school term time, but we may have the option to give work in those holidays on contracts around the area opening new business as part of the mobilisation team.
