Job Role – Support Worker
We are looking for experienced and talented support workers to work alongside a young male adult, requiring support to promote independence, teach life skills, access the community, develop social interests and to support to adapt to living in his own property. Ideally, this role would suit an applicant with experience/training in the following: LD and Challenging Behaviour (however training will be provided). The service user will require support to access the community. The applicant must exhibit a bubbly and patient disposition, and be motivated to make a difference to this young adult's life. A driver is Essential
Shifts:
10.00- 19.00 Mon-Sun
(You will be integrated into an established team, we can provide hours from 6-40+ hours per week, you will be required to work a minimum of two weekends a month)*

Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector
- Full clean drivers license
- NVQ Level 2 (Minimum or working towards obtaining)
- Content on working alternate weekends
