The role
We’re looking for someone to help us achieve unexpected levels of customer service – so good that people tell their friends about us. Alongside that, to be part of an operations team who are the glue that holds everything together.
You’ll be both campsite and camper facing, acting as a first point of contact via email and phone and really care about getting people the right result. You’ll be friendly to your core and have bags of empathy.
The role follows a set two week shift pattern (37.5 hours per week, with four weekdays at our offices and one weekend day from home).
Responsibilities
- Answering and routing inbound calls, emails and other contacts
- Assisting both campsites and campers with booking related questions and issues
- Supporting the operations team on ownership of quality of service delivery
- Various projects and administrative tasks as necessary

Package
This role is for 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £26,000 to £27,750, plus benefits including share options, company bonus (typically £1,500 pa), up to 30 days of holiday, self-led training budget, and 5% pension contribution.
The role follows a two week shift pattern:
Week one: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday
Week two: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
