New Home Sales Advisor – Penrith
Location: Penrith
Salary:
- Trainee: £24,000 per annum
- Experienced: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours:
Thursday – Monday
- Midweek: 11:00am – 5:00pm
- Weekends: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Are you passionate about sales and delivering exceptional customer service? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading housebuilder for a New Home Sales Advisor to join a successful development in Penrith.
Whether you already have experience in new homes sales or come from a strong sales or customer service background, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a New Home Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, guiding them through the home-buying journey from initial enquiry through to reservation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and qualifying potential buyers
- Conducting development and show home viewings
- Managing customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Achieving sales targets and reservations
- Maintaining accurate customer records and reports
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, estate agency, telesales, customer service, hospitality, or a customer care environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and target-driven approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- New homes sales experience is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate
