About the Job:
- Lead and develop a small finance team, with full ownership of the function
- Partner with senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making and business performance
- Own the budgeting process, 5-year business plan, and financial modelling
- Deliver timely group management accounts, cashflow forecasting, and performance reporting
- Drive continuous improvement across financial controls, systems (ERP), and processes
- Lead key finance projects and support tender submissions and commercial activity
- Manage external relationships including banks, auditors, and advisors
- Oversee audit, tax compliance, R&D tax relief, and insurance renewals
About you:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
- Proven financial leadership experience with strong reporting expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while managing complex stakeholder relationships.
