Job Overview
**MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE DUE TO LOCATION**We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and previous janitorial experience to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. The position is paid and suitable for those looking to develop their skills within the cleaning industry. Hours will be 2 hours per day to be completed before 11:30am. clean required everyday except wednesdays.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
- Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, switches, and communal equipment
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to minimise hazards
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning activities
- Flexibility to work during designated hours, including early mornings or evenings if required
