Residential Sales Negotiator
Our client is a well-established and highly successful Estate Agency seeking to strengthen its sales team and expand its market presence. They are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and proactive Residential Sales Negotiator to join their growing business.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in residential property sales and be confident in managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming sales enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Managing buyer enquiries and matching applicants to suitable properties.
- Proactively canvassing for new business opportunities.
- Following up on property valuations and generating new instructions.
- Supporting vendors and buyers throughout the sales process, from offer negotiation through to legal completion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in residential property sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-focused with a proven ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Computer literate with good administrative skills.
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
