Salary DOE PLUS PACKAGE
Dodd Group requires an experience Stream Project Manager to deliver a capital replacement Kitchen and Bathroom programme in occupied social housing within Mansfield area.
This role is client facing so excellent communication skills and problem solving is essential for this role.
The right candidate must have –
- SMSTS
- Demonstrable experience in delivering K&B at scale
- Hold a full UK driving Licence
- Social housing Experience
- Show leadership of the labour force
- Ensuring site safety is maintained
- Overseeing productivity of the Sub-Contractors and directly employed Staff.
- Programme production and reporting
- Identifying rectification works if required.
- Build and maintain a good working relationship with the client
