Job Summary
Avenaco Operations & Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Consulting Manager to lead consulting engagements, deliver strategic business solutions, and support organisations in improving operational performance and long-term growth. This role is ideal for a consulting professional with strong expertise in business strategy, operational improvement, client relationship management, project delivery, and organisational development who can help clients solve complex business challenges and achieve measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Lead business consulting projects, advisory services, operational improvement initiatives, and strategic planning engagements.
- Develop practical business strategies to improve operational efficiency, organisational performance, and commercial growth.
- Manage consulting teams, project timelines, client deliverables, budgets, and business transformation initiatives.
- Analyse business operations, financial performance, workflows, and organisational structures to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, executives, stakeholders, and business partners while delivering high-quality consulting services.
- Prepare business assessments, strategic reports, operational reviews, recommendations, and executive presentations.
- Support change management, business process optimisation, organisational restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor project performance, KPIs, client satisfaction, compliance requirements, and consulting outcomes.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development for consulting team members.
- Identify new business opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to the company's continued growth.
Requirements
- Experience in business consulting, management consulting, business strategy, operations management, enterprise consulting, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous leadership, consulting management, client advisory, or business development experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of business analysis, operational improvement, strategic planning, financial performance, risk management, and organisational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple consulting engagements, teams, deadlines, budgets, and client priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, business intelligence platforms, project management software, reporting tools, and enterprise systems.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to deliver practical, client-focused business solutions.

Pay: £3,800.00-£6,800.00 per month
