Print Artworker
Stockport
£27,000 - £35,000 DOE
Hybrid Working | 4 Days Office, 1 Day Home
We are working with a well established Print Management business looking to add an experienced Artworker to their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who enjoys the technical side of artwork and takes pride in producing accurate, high quality work. The role offers a mixture of production artwork, print preparation and creative projects, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety but is equally comfortable working within structured processes and brand guidelines.
You'll be joining a collaborative business where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own workload, work closely with account management and production teams, and play a key role in ensuring projects move smoothly from brief through to final print production.
The Role
- Creating accurate, print ready artwork for a wide range of print, mailing and communications projects
- Preparing files for production and ensuring all specifications are correct prior to print
- Managing artwork amends and revisions efficiently whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Designing and building structured forms, documents and communication pieces
- Supporting the company's marketing activity including social media content, website updates and promotional materials
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within an Artworker, Production Artworker or Prepress Artworker role
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Good understanding of print production processes and preparing artwork for print
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
This role will suit somebody who enjoys both the creative and technical aspects of artwork. Whilst there is scope to get involved with marketing and creative projects, a significant part of the role involves producing accurate, compliant and detail focused artwork, so we're looking for somebody who genuinely enjoys that side of the job.
Benefits
- Salary up to £35,000 DOE
- Hybrid working (4 days office, 1 day home)
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Your birthday off every year
- Bonus scheme
- Excellent long term career prospects
If you have a strong artwork background and are looking for a role where you can take ownership, work autonomously and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
