The Litigation Department is thriving, with a consistent flow of high-value, complex and varied instructions driven by long-standing client relationships and referrals.
The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor/Dispute Resolution Solicitor (2–8 PQE) to join a growing and busy Litigation team.
This is a key strategic hire, working closely with the Head of Department and other senior lawyers. The role offers a clear opportunity for progression, with genuine Partnership prospects for the right individual.
You will take on a substantial, varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy, alongside appropriate support where required.
Key Areas of Work
You will handle a broad mix of Property Litigation and Commercial Dispute Resolution, including:

Property Litigation (Residential & Commercial)

Landlord & Tenant disputes
-
TOLATA claims (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act)
-
Possession claims, forfeiture, boundary and easement disputes
-
Commercial Litigation
- Contract disputes
-
Consumer disputes
-
Debt recovery and enforcement
- Exposure to Contentious Probate disputes (advantageous but not essential)
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a confident and capable Solicitor with:

2–8 years’ PQE in Litigation/Dispute Resolution

Strong experience in property litigation and/or commercial disputes
-
Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
-
Excellent drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
-
Strong client relationship and communication skills
-
A pragmatic, commercially minded approach to dispute resolution
Experience across both residential and commercial property disputes would be highly advantageous.
