Role: Core Lab Sales Specialist
Location: West Midlands / Field-based
Hours: Full-time
Pay:
£250 – £300 per day PAYE basic excluding holiday pay
or
£331.10 – £397.31 per day UMB including holiday pay
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Core Lab Sales Specialist to join one of our longstanding global healthcare clients, supporting NHS and private healthcare accounts across the West Midlands.
This role will focus on driving growth across a specialist diagnostic product portfolio, building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions that support improved healthcare service delivery.

The Requirements:
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
- Previous sales or account management experience
- Healthcare or diagnostics experience desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing sales pipelines and customer opportunities
- Tender process experience beneficial
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work in a matrix environment
- Results-driven, customer-focused and commercially aware
The Role:
- Identify, develop and manage new business opportunities
- Grow and protect market share across the assigned region
- Build strong relationships with NHS and private healthcare stakeholders
- Deliver consultative sales solutions tailored to customer needs
- Develop sales action plans and maintain a strong pipeline
- Support and contribute to tender responses
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales success
- Gather customer and market insights to inform business decisions
- Maintain a strong understanding of the diagnostic market and customer landscape
- Drive customer advocacy and long-term account growth
This position will cover the West Midlands and may extend to adjacent counties depending on business needs.
