Come and join our beautiful fully outdoor forest nursery, where we are providing 2-5 year olds with an exemplary early years learning experience in the great outdoors, to help them become the children most likely to succeed in today’s world. We are looking for someone to join us W/C August 25th onwards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about forest school to join our innovative setting. We are authentic and true to the forest school ethos.
We operate on high ratios of 1:4 for all children. We have a maximum of 12 children on site with 3 adults, each day. This role is rewarding, active and full of joy!
QTS/relevant Early Years qualifications are preferable but not essential. We can offer a full Level 3 Childcare apprenticeship for the right person if this is something you would like to pursue.
Hours: 20, 30 or 40 hours a week. 8:00 - 17:00 plus 2 hours admin/reflection time for at home Location: Kingston Blount, OX39 4SA Days available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Salary & Benefits
Salary: FTE £25,350 to £27,040 (based on 40 hours per week) Salary is dependent on role, experience and qualifications
We are closed for 6 weeks a year.
Holiday pay is applied to the weeks we are closed.
It is also possible to take unpaid holiday as and when needed.

Inset training and a priority on CPD; foraging, wild cooking, mushroom identification, bushcraft, compassionate communication with Roots Radical Learning, first aid etc.
