Field Sales Agent — Digital Services (Full-Time, Salary + Commission)
Job Overview
SAM Digital Marketing is a London-based digital studio that builds bespoke mobile apps, AI assistants, online booking systems, digital loyalty programmes, AI menu translation and websites for independent businesses — cafés, restaurants, hotels, salons, shops and more. We give independents the same digital tools the big chains use, and we've already delivered a fully live guest app for a London hotel.
We're looking for a confident, self-motivated Field Sales Agent to go door-to-door across London — walking into independent businesses, speaking directly with owners, and selling our services face to face. This is a full-time, employed (PAYE) role with a guaranteed annual salary plus uncapped commission on every deal you close. Your earnings grow with your results, with the security of a fixed wage behind you.
What You'll Do
- Walk into independent businesses across London and introduce SAM Digital Marketing's services
- Speak directly with owners and decision-makers, building rapport and trust
- Understand each business's needs and match them to the right digital solution
- Book follow-up meetings, demos and calls
- Close deals and hand over cleanly to the delivery team
- Keep accurate records of leads, conversations and outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own day out on the road
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Resilient — you don't take a "no" personally
- Sales experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters more
- An interest in digital, apps and AI is a bonus
- Right to work in the UK
What We Offer
- Full-time, employed position (PAYE) with a guaranteed base salary of £26,000 per year
