Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Full‑Time Roving RVN (Registered Veterinary Nurse) to join our team on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse range of animals across various clinics.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, including laboratory sample collection and analysis.
- Support veterinary surgeons during examinations, surgeries, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with clinical protocols and legal requirements.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of all clinical areas and equipment.
- Provide client education on animal health, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical procedures and best practices within the team.
Skills
- Proven veterinary experience with a strong understanding of clinical nursing procedures.
- Laboratory experience, including sample processing, analysis, and record keeping.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Flexibility to adapt to different work settings and travel between locations as required.
