We're looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Events Assistant to join our growing team in Birmingham.

About the Role
As an Events Assistant, you'll support the planning and execution of live events, promotional activities, and customer engagement campaigns. You'll work closely with colleagues, represent client brands professionally, and help ensure every event delivers a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and delivery of events and promotional campaigns
- Represent brands professionally and engage with customers
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Help create positive and memorable customer experiences
- Support event operations and day-to-day campaign activities
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign objectives
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and presentation at all times
