Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Portfolio Administrator to join our team within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management and administration of client portfolios, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance, and effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of client portfolio documentation and reports.
- Monitor portfolio performance and update records accordingly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate portfolio transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, providing relevant information or directing queries to appropriate departments.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, including data entry and verification of documentation.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes related to portfolio management.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required by senior team members.
Experience
- Previous experience within financial services or a related administrative role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach when liaising with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to £4,650.00 per month
