Home Improvement Sales Consultant
Location: Camberley, Surrey (Covering Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire & South London)
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: From £100,000 per year (OTE with uncapped commission)
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' successful sales experience within the window, door or home improvement industry
- Proven track record of closing high-value residential sales
- Strong knowledge of uPVC, aluminium windows and doors, bifold doors, warmer roofs and roof lanterns
- Understanding of building regulations, technical drawings and home improvement projects
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Customer-focused, professional and driven with excellent communication skills

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Home Improvement Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
You'll meet customers in their homes and our showroom, providing expert advice, creating tailored design solutions and guiding customers from initial enquiry through to sale. Using the latest Tommy Trinder visualisation software, you'll produce quotations and help customers choose the right products for their home and budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend pre-qualified appointments in customers' homes and our showroom
- Respond to enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face
- Design and recommend tailored home improvement solutions
- Prepare and manage quotations through to successful completion
- Use Tommy Trinder visualisation software to present proposals
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
- Maintain expert knowledge of our product range and industry developments
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' successful sales experience within the glazing or home improvement sector
- Strong product knowledge of windows, doors, bifold doors, warmer roofs and roof lanterns
- Familiarity with premium brands such as The Residence Collection and Solidor
- Understanding of building regulations and technical plans
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Positive, motivated and target-driven attitude
- Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and ability to travel within the local area
