An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (3–5 PQE) to join a well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm based in Liverpool. The Role
You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion, working within a collaborative and commercially focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Managing files independently from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion formalities.
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure matters progress efficiently.
- Maintaining high standards of client care and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You
This role would suit a confident and proactive solicitor who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent client service.
You will ideally have:
- 3–5 years PQE within Residential Conveyancing.
- Experience managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
- A commercially minded and solution-focused approach.
