We are looking for experienced Café Team Managers to lead the cafés in our shops in both St Werburghs and Wapping Wharf.
Our mission is to bring the best quality, Organic, local & ethical food to our communities. Our cafes are a wonderful haven of delicious locally made foods, organic teas and coffee, all served with excellent customer service!
Its an exciting time to join the team as we are increasing our in-house food production and wanting to drive our café sales forwards, so we are looking for an experienced manager to help facilitate this!
You are:
- Great at delivery outstanding customer service
- Confident & experienced at leading & training a team
- Love creating abundant and beautiful food displays
- Passionate about great coffee & delicious food
- Great with creative ideas for reducing waste & increasing sales
- Work well autonomously but also be able to work collaboratively with the store manager.
- Have previous management experience
- Able to work across the week including weekend/evening shifts.
Your skills:
- Efficient at managing inventory to maximise sales & reduce waste
- Maintain tight controls in-house to adhere to all hygiene compliance
- Confident with stock takes, profit & loss and understanding KPIs' to push up profitability.
- Excellent communication skills , working well under pressure to deliver a seamless experience for out customers.
