Job Summary
We are an electrical installation company who are branching out into the mechanical sector.
We are looking for a hands on Mechanical Engineer to join our new mechanical division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, pricing and looking after successful tenders. You will be responsible of building a new team around you and taking the mechanical division forward with the help of the existing core of the electrical business.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed mechanical designs using CAD. .
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues within mechanical systems and propose effective solutions.
- Create and interpret schematics and technical drawings for manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Design HVAC systems small commercial settings.
- Client facing. Will attend meetings and be the face of the mechanical division.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues during prototype development or production phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- F-Gas registered.
- Proven experience with CAD software or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automation systems.
- Knowledge of schematic development and interpretation for electrical-mechanical integration.
